About Disha Resources Ltd

Arihant Avenues and Credit Ltd was incorporated in March 1995 as a public limited company and is engaged in short-term lending activities. Funded by Mohanlal M Mehta Dineshkumar M Mehta Arvindkumar H Hundia and Laxman H Vaghela, the company proposes to take up two major operations – real estate development and construction, and financial services such as investments, leasing and short-term lending. Having bought freehold land in the Jhalore district of Rajasthan and Ahmedabad, Arihant Avenues and Credit Ltd launched a public issue in February 1996 to fund its long-term working capital requirements and financial activities. According to company accounts, Arihant Avenues and Credit Ltd posted sales of Rs 14 lakhs and net profits of Rs 7 lakhs in FY 2000.
