About Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd

Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Ltd. is a public limited company incorporated on July 19, 1984. Its operations include production and marketing of FMCG products in the domestic market, development of IT park and trading in chemicals and minerals. The NBFC Certificate No. B13.00738 was surrendered to RBI since the Company was unable to meet the RBI guidelines. As a result, RBI cancelled the certificate of registration on November 15, 2016 under Section 45IA 6 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. In 2017, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Polo Queen Capital Ltd., acquired 250000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each amounting to Rs. 2500000 through Rights Issue. Subsequently, the Company applied for Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and the approval was granted on November 21, 2018.
