About BFL Asset Finvest Ltd

BFL Asset Finvest Limited (formerly known as BFL Developers Limited) was incorporated in 1995 and specializes in dealing in shares securities, trading in commodities futures and options. During 2015, Jaisukh Developers Private Limited ceased to be an associate company. The Equity shares of the company were listed in the Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Calcutta Stock Exchanges. Following the exit order of SEBI in March 2015, the Jaipur Stock Exchange derecognized the company. Shares of the company are presently listed in the Ahmedabad and Calcutta Stock Exchanges. The Company is also in the process of Direct Listing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. During 2017-18, the Company sought the approval of shareholders by passing a postal ballot to change the name from BFL Developers to BFL Asset Finvest Limited as well as for increasing the authorise share capital from Rs.55,00,000 to Rs.120,00,000. Furthermore, the Company issued 5,10,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters. The Board of Directors also allotted 5,10,000 equity shares on a preferential basis, resulting the paid-up share capital of the company augmenting to Rs.1,02,03,500. In July 2017, the Company received listing approval and on September 18, 2017, received trading approval.
