About Asia Pack Ltd

Asia Pack Limited is a company that was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 in 1985, initially operating as a private limited company. With the aim of expansion, the company was converted to a public limited company in 1987, and soon after, in 1995, it offered its Initial Public Offering. The equity shares of the company are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and Jaipur Stock Exchange (JSE). Asia Pack started its commercial activities in 1987-88 with the production of polypropylene and HDPE woven fabrics/sacks and engaging in merchant export activities. It then diversified into producing PE Tarpaulins and, in 2009, diversified again into advisory/consultation services and real estate ventures. Asia Pack is continuing to offer its services and strives to move ahead.
