About Ashoka Metcast Ltd

Ashoka Metcast Limited was initially incorporated as Tanya Estate Private Limited in 2009 to focus on real estate infrastructure and land plotting. However, the plans did not come to fruition, and the company eventually realigned its business model. In 2017, the name changed to Ashoka Metcast Private Limited and later into a public limited company. Currently, the company is engaged in trading and manufacturing of structural steel products like TMT bars, angles, channels, MS Bars. Recently, it has acquired 100% stake in Shree Ghantakarna Rolling Mills Pvt. Ltd. to become its wholly owned subsidiary in April 2018. The subsidiary company owns a rolling mill with an aggregate installed capacity of 12000 tons, which will be revamped to its intended 18000 tons per annum post acquisition.
