About Artemis Electricals & Projects Ltd

Artemis Electricals was established in October 2009 under the Companies Act 1956 as Artemis Electricals Private Limited. It changed its name to Artemis Electricals Limited in 2015 due to a Shareholders Resolution. The company specializes in the manufacturing and trading of LED lighting and LED lighting accessories. Artsmis Electricals covers a wide range of applications such as general lighting, residential, commercial, industrial, shop, hospitality and outdoor lighting. Its product basket comprises of LED emitter, LED drivers, indoor and outdoor LED luminaries and Solar Powered Home LED lighting systems. The company's accreditations include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and is a member of LACMA.

Artemis Electricals is a leader in LED products such as LED Panel Lights, LED Street Lights, Solar LED Street Lights, LED Down Lights, LED Surface Down Lights, Pendant Down lights, LED Spot Lights, LED Batten Lights, LED Architectural Lights, LED Focus Lights, LED Bulbs, LED Drivers and Electronic Ballasts. In 2010, they installed smart street lights in Abu Dhabi and Fujairah, and in 2012 manufactured street lights for Bajaj's EESLDelhi City Street Project. In 2015, the company started taking Government tenders and successfully executed an EESL Street Light Project in Andhra Pradesh. In 2021, they allotted 400,000 equity shares by way of preferential allotment raising its issued subscribed and paidup share capital to 25,103,690 equity shares.

In addition, they are already producing and trading in solar charge controllers, solar powered LED Batten Lights, Solar powered LED down Lights, Solar Powered LED Street Lights, Solar Powered LED Bulbs, Solar Powered Fans, Solar Powered LED Lanterns and more. With their dedicated engineers, Artemis Electricals is continually striving towards innovation in new areas of lighting coupled with solar energy.
