About Apollo Sindoori Hotels Ltd

Apollo Sindoori Hotels Limited, established in 1998 as a hospitality service management and support services company, got listed exclusively on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in 2016 after Madras Stock Exchange's closure. In 2006, the company had signed an MOU with Faber MediServe SDN. BHD FMS to form a joint venture company for biomedical engineering facility engineering cleaning housekeeping janitorial services, and hospital support services and management information services - wherein FMS would have a 51% share and Apollo Sindoori Hotels would have a 49% share. During 2019, each equity share of the company of face value of Rs. 10 was split into two shares of face value of Rs. 5. Additionally, Apollo Sindoori Hotels incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named 'Olive Twist Hospitality Private Limited' in February 2019 to carry on the activities of event management, convention centers, elite catering.
