About Apar Industries Ltd

Apar Industries Limited (AIL) is a company based in India providing value-added products and services in Power Transmission Conductors, Petroleum Specialty Oils and Power Telecom Cables. It is in the top 3 global leaders in conductors, the 4th largest global transformer oil manufacturer, the largest domestic cable manufacturer in the renewable sector and a leading player in auto lubricants. The company has four subsidiaries and strategic tie-ups with big global firms such as ENI S.p.A Italy and CTC Global USA. In Financial Year 2018-19 it had sales volume of 166,622 metric tonnes for its conductors division, 388,513 kilolitres for the Specialty Oils division and 33,338 kilolitres for the Auto Lubes segment. Other milestones include setting up of the molten metal facility at Lapanga, commissioning of the speciality oil blending unit in Sharjah, additional TDL capacity addition of 50,000 metric tonnes and successfully executing the first longest reconductoring work with ACCC Casablanca conductor for Odisha Power Transmission Corporation. It also commissioned the Power Cables plant at Umbergaon to close to full capacity during fiscal year 2018, making it a significant year for Apar Industries.
