Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd, formerly Antony Waste Handling Cell Pvt Ltd, is one of the leading players in the Indian Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) industry with 17 years of proven track record of providing the full spectrum of MSW services, including solid waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal services. Having completed 25 projects, with 18 ongoing, the company caters to several Indian municipalities, such as the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Thane Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, Mangalore Municipal Corporation, Jaypee International Sports, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Municipal Corporation Gurgaon, Amritsar Municipal Corporation, Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation, and Jaipur Municipal Corporation. Antony also possesses extensive experience in the landfill construction and management sector. To further expand their services, the company has recently ventured into Waste to Energy (WTE) business.

In FY 2019–20, Antony had issued 122691 Series D Preference shares which are converted into equity shares in the ratio 1:1 and also Bonus Shares in the ratio 1:1 as per the shareholders’ resolution dated 9th December 2019. After the successfully completed Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 9523345 equity shares, the company listed their equity shares in BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on 1 January 2021. Additionally, the company subscribed for 170940 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of 2, 330 per share of their subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Ltd. for an amount of Rs 4000 lakhs, out of the IPO proceeds. The company also recently set up a Limited Liability Partnership AL Waste Bio Remediation LLP (AWBR) for remediation of temporary dumpsite land through biomining and mechanized means for Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).
