About Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd

Ajmera Realty Infra India Ltd, formerly known Shree Precoated Steels Limited, was established in 1985. It specializes in Real Estate and is leading player in the industry. It is located 100kms from JNPT Port and 165 kms from Mumbai, the central hub of Industrial and Financial activities of India. It uses state-of-the-art plant equipment with cutting-edge technology from across the world in its operations. It is the first company to introduce NIR Curing Process and Revolving Thermal Oxidation Process for Colour Coating Technology in CCLII line in May 2006. The company has also gone through amalgamation, ISO accreditation, technological transfers and many such circumstances through its 35 year old journey. In recent news, Ajmera has sold 10-15 % of its stake to a private equity fund in order to raise around INR 7 billion. Besides, it has also plans to launch two projects Ajmera Greenfinity in March 2021 and Ajmera Manhattan Project in April 2022.
