About Ajcon Global Services Ltd

AGSL was incorporated in Mumbai in 1986 as Ajmera Financials and Project Consultants Pvt. Ltd, with the mission of providing consulting services to entrepreneurs and established companies. The Company went public in January 1995 and it was oversubscribed by 25 times. AGSL is a member of several stock exchanges such as NSE, OTC Exchange of India, etc. The Company is also engaged in stock broking, corporate advisory services, depository services, etc. and has a client base of thousand of crores. AGSL also offers commodity broking, IT solutions where its MLM software is among the top 10 of the market and it specializes in web designing & development. Furthermore, AGSL's subsidiary Ajcon Infra Projects P. Ltd. has recently taken up infrastructural & construction activities, acquiring 8,243 sq mtrs. of land in Goa with plans of developing hotels, resorts, and residential row houses. AGSL also holds a 3% stake in Ajmera Associates which is a chartered accountancy firm, mainly focused on bank audits.
