About My Money Securities Ltd

My Money Securities Limited was incorporated in March 1992 as a private limited company and then converted to a public limited company in September 1995. The current promoters are Sh Sanjai Seth, Sh Vikas Seth and Smt Rajni Seth who took over the management of the company in January 1993. The company is involved with investment in securities, syndication and placement of funds, and also holds dealership of OTC Exchange of India as well as membership of the National Stock Exchange of India. They also brought out a public issue in March 1996.
