About Agri-Tech (India) Ltd

AgriTech India Ltd is a leading corporate farming business that was incorporated in 1993. It is based in Maharashtra with major farms located in Aurangabad. The company is mainly involved in the production of horticultural crops such as mangoes. It was originally incorporated as Somnath Farms Pvt Ltd and converted to Somnath Farms Ltd in September 2000. On 5th March 2001, the company's name was changed to AgriTech India Ltd. In order to merge business and assets of Nath Seeds Ltd, the entire farming division was transferred to AgriTech India Ltd with effect from 1st January 2001. Its shares are now listed on BSE and NSE and the company continues to lead as one of the biggest corporate farming business in the region.
