About Yash Management & Satelite Ltd

Yash Management Satellite Ltd. (formerly Yash Management Financial Services Ltd.) was incorporated on 4th August 1993 and is engaged in providing all major financial services. The company was promoted by Anurag Gupta and DK Goyal, and services include financial consultation, leasing and hire purchase, bill discounting, inter corporate deposits, bridge loans, public issues and rights issues. With the intention of expanding operations to include fund-based activities and merchant banking, the board of the company announced plans to begin business activity in Nanotechnology in November 2003.
