Yaari Digital Integrated Services Ltd (YAARI)

Indiabulls Integrated Services Limited (Formerly Indiabulls Wholesale Services Ltd) is an Indian public limited company, incorporated in July 2007. The company is primarily involved in the business of real estate and related activities such as construction, advisory services, equipment renting, dealing in all types of buildings and aviation services. In 2010, the main objects clause of the Memorandum of Association was altered to include wholesale trading as part of their business activity. In 2018, the shareholders of the Company approved the shifting of registered office of the Company to its Corporate and Head Office situated in Gurugram, India.

Promoters of the company have contributed Rs. 329.34 Crores by subscribing to and exercising convertible warrants issued in accordance with the members' approval in2017, and foreign investors have invested Rs. 702.78 Crores towards the preferential issue of equity shares in2018. In 2019, the company sought approval for its composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst its direct and indirect subsidiaries. On March 28, 2019 the entire outstanding 2517700 Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of the Company were redeemed. The entire outstanding convertible warrants have also lapsed on June 29 2019 and the aggregate of Rs 44.22 Crores paid by the warrantholders to Company at the time of allotment was forfeited. In 2019, the company's name changed from SORIL Holdings and Ventures Limited to Indiabulls Integrated Services Limited. Currently, Indiabulls Enterprises Ltd, Indiabulls Pharmacare Ltd, and Indiabulls Rural Finance Pvt Ltd are direct/indirect subsidiaries of the Company.
