About Sobhagya Mercantile Ltd

Sobhaygya Mercantile Limited, incorporated in December 27 1983, provides services to educational institutions and is primarily engaged in financial activity. In June 2019, the promoters and promoters group approved an acquisition of 34.51 shareholding by new management comprising Mr. Shrikant Bhangdiya, Mrs. Aarti Bhangdiya, Mrs. Megha Bhangdiya, Mrs. Sonal Bhangdiya and Mrs. Manisha Maniyar. Further, the experienced new Management has plans to diversify the Company from trading business and move towards Infrastructure and Real Estate, as per Ministry of Corporate Affairs notification. The Company is also required to file returns in Form DPT3 within the prescribed timeline as per Companies Acceptance of Deposits Rules 2014.
