Datanet Systems Limited is a public limited company which was established on 01.03.1995. It is led by two visionary individuals, Dr. A Prabhakar Hari Mohan Sharma and H K Nanjunda Swamy, and involves 64 professionals. Out of these, 50 are graduates and post graduates in electronics, telecommunications and computer science. The company is driving innovation in the fields of business process automation software, computer telephony integration and smart card based solutions, the latter for the banking sector. Their latest project is for expansion and augmentation of working capital with no plans for launching new products. Additionally, their software BPAS Business Process Automation Software is copyrighted in the names of Dr A Prabhakar H Vishweswara and M K Seshadri. They have also incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Datanet eCommerce Services Ltd., to add further value to their verticals.
