About Websol Energy System Ltd

Websol Energy Systems Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Monocrystalline solar cells and modules in India. Established in 1994, the company has gained a reputation for making a reliable and quality solar cell and modules that have earned multiple awards and international certifications. Websol is ISO 9001.2000 approved and has also earned the PV GAP mark in 2005. Their modules are designed to work optimally under diffused sunlight and they are certified as per IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and UL 1703 standards. To increase its competitive edge, the company has increased its production capacity from 42MW to 120MW by 2012. Technical capabilities include being able to process up to 160 micron thin wafers, thereby making the company capable to service and reach larger market segments.
