About Vintage Coffee & Beverages Ltd

Vintage Foods Industries Limited, formerly known as Spaceage Products Limited, was incorporated on April 25th, 1980. They are based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu and focus on creating cost-effective designs for the display of merchandise for regional retail and traditional shops, giving customers a branded showroom experience. On 10 March 2021, a Share Swap Agreement was entered into with Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited, and 8 shareholders in total, and an Open Offer was then made for up to 812,422 fully paid up Equity Shares. This resulted in the change of management and control of the Company, and also led to a change in the Main Objects Clause of the Company. On July 15th, 2021 the Company decided to change its name from Spaceage Products Limited to Vintage Coffee & Beverages Limited. Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited have also become the subsidiaries of the Company as of 12 July 2021.
