Veer Global Infraconstruction Limited is a real estate developer based in Maharashtra, Mumbai which provides construction services of shops, offices and residential flats. The company focuses on residential projects in townships and redevelopments, primarily in the low-income, affordable housing market segment. The company has completed 5 projects, with 8 ongoing and 4 forthcoming projects. They offer residential developments with essential features which include earthquake resist structure, automatic passenger elevator, 24 hour water supply, common and stilt parking, vitrified tile flooring, modular kitchen with granite top, stainless steel accessories, and geysers and exhaust fans in toilets and kitchen. Their projects have been successful with all flats being sold across 5 projects, comprising of 6 shops ranging from 68.87 to 162 sq. ft and 146 residential flats ranging from 40.01 to 435.04 sq. ft.
