Usha Martin Infotech Limited was founded by K Jhawar Brij in 2000 and specializes in software development and related services. Through a Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Calcutta High Court, it was issued 26414411 Equity Shares of Rs.5 and 1000000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.50 to Usha Beltron Limited shareholders. The company has invested in UCT, a very few telecom product companies in India, with a total of Rs.5414.05 lakhs, and in a joint venture with Samsung and Mittal Groups to develop, market, sell, train, consult and support software solutions, investing Rs.766.70 lakhs in total. The Learning Solutions Business in Chennai, UACT, was closed down in 2003-04. The Software Services Business in Gurgaon reported revenue of Rs.221.02 lakhs, including exports earning of Rs.183.35 lakhs within its first seven months of operations. Usha Martin Infotech Limited is a software and services company founded by K Jhawar Brij in 2000. Following a Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Calcutta High Court, it was allocated 26414411 Equity Shares and 1000000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to the shareholders of Usha Beltron Limited. UCT, a telecom product company in India, has seen an investment of Rs.5414.05 lakhs, along with a joint venture split between the company, Samsung Group, and Mittal Group in a ratio of 24.50:51:24.50 respectively to develop, market, sell, train, consult and support software solutions at a cost of Rs.766.70 lakhs. From August 2000 to March 2001, the Software Services Business in Gurgaon earned a revenue of Rs.221.02 lakhs and exports earnings of Rs.183.35 lakhs. To conclude, the Learning Solutions Business in Chennai, UACT, was closed down in 200304.
