About Unistar Multimedia Ltd

Unistar Multimedia was incorporated in April 1991 with its primary business activity being focused on films production, T.V. serials, music videos, and distribution. In 2015, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued new Regulations to consolidate and streamline the provisions of Listing Agreement for different segments of capital markets in an effort to strengthen enforceability. The new Regulations came into effect from December 1, 2015. As a result, all listed entities had to enter into the Listing Agreement within six months from its effective date. Unistar Multimedia signed the Listing Agreement with Bombay Stock Exchange on February 5th, 2016.
