About Tyche Industries Ltd

Siris Soft is a pioneering company in the area of ecommerce, incorporated in 1998 that has built two development centers; one in New Jersey, USA and the other in Hyderabad. It is associated with strategic partners such as Allegheny Digital Corp, Organic Online Inc. and Transaction Information System Inc. among others. To finance the cost of expansion and infrastructure development, the company is coming up with an initial public issue that amounts to 26 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The company has realized a steady increase in sales from Rs. 46.62 lakh in 1999 to Rs.301.20 lakh in 2000 and a multiplied net profit from Rs. 6.32 lakh in 1999 to Rs. 59.81 lakh in 2000. Projected sales for year 2001 is Rs. 1549.32 lakh and net profit of Rs. 249.52 lakh and for 2002 its Rs. 1936.65 lakh and a net profit of Rs. 346.02 lakh. The company expects to yield an export earnings of Rs. 82.64 lakh.
