About Trescon Ltd

Trescon Limited, formerly called Pushpanjali Floriculture Limited, is a public limited company that provides Information Technology and allied services. In 2019, four individuals and their related PACs acquired 18846516 equity shares, representing 26% of the total paid-up share capital of the company, at the rate of Rs.14/- per share via a voluntary Open Offer. The offer's tender period ran from December 10, 2018, to December 21, 2018, and received no shares from existing shareholders. The same year, via an Extraordinary General Meeting, the company approved the preferential allotments of 39307300 Equity Shares, followed by the issuance of 20180000 convertible warrants - each at an issue price of Rs.14/- per warrant. It was determined that to expand operations into more profitable areas, the company's main object clause would be changed to cover wider trading activities. Hence, the Board of Directors decided to change the name of the company from Pushpanjali Floriculture Limited to Trescon Limited, and its registered office shifted from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.
