About Transvoy Logistics India Ltd

Transvoy Logistics India Ltd. was incorporated in 2015 and converted to a public Ltd. in 2022. It provides integrated logistics solutions such as NVOCC Freight Forwarding Custom Clearance Transportation, Advisory on MEIS License Trading and other services. Core business is divided into 3 main verticals: Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance and Allies Logistics and Transportation. In January 2023, the company conducted an IPO and raised up to 5.11 crores through the public issue. A subsidiary of the business, Aashirwad Shipping and Allied Services Private Limited, acts as a Custom House Broker for Custom Office Kandala in India while it has recently formed a new company in Singapore, Transvoy Logistics Pte. Ltd., in which Transvoy Logistics India Ltd. holds a 55% stake. The company provides services for goods being imported to and out of India with port handling, reconciliation of the contract after completion of import, arranging bonded warehouse, and other specialized services.
