About Supershakti Metaliks Ltd

Supershakti Metaliks Limited was incorporated in Dec 2012, as Quentz Dealtrade Private Limited, and the name was changed to Supershakti Metaliks Private Limited in Nov 2014. The company was changed to a public limited company in April 2018 and the name was further changed to Supershakti Metaliks Limited. The company forms part of the renowned Sai Group of Companies, who are well-known in iron and steel manufacturing industry and in 2013, was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Super Smelters. In order to focus management and make each unit profitable, the three units - Durgapur, Koderma and Jamuria - were separated, and the company was vested with Unit I. The company is ISO 9001: 2015 ISO 14001: 2015 certified, and produces steel for diverse applications, with successful branding. Promoters Dilipp Agarwal and Deepak Agarwal, as well as Whole-time Director Ajay Kumar Bajaj, manage the company.
