About Sun Retail Ltd

Sun Retail Limited, incorporated in 2007, is a public limited company operating in Gujarat and Rajasthan and is engaged in the trading and bulk trading of edible oils such as cottonseed oil, groundnut oil, sunflower oil, palmolein oil and soyabean oil, under the brand name Dharti and Dharti Singtel, which is well accepted by the people of Gujarat. The Company recently acquired a land along with an entire unit in Sirohi Rajasthan covering an area of 2000 Square meters for setting up a groundnut seeds crushing plant. It has also entered into an agreement to acquire the business of the promoter holding company TJR Agrocom Private Limited, and this acquisition will further strengthen the Company’s edible oil division.
