About Sugal & Damani Share Brokers Ltd

Sugal Damani Finlease is an incorporated public limited company, which was established in May 1993 in Delhi. Today, the company has a full-fledged branch at Delhi and franchises in Bombay, Banaras, and Ludhiana. They provide fund-based financial services like hire-purchase and leasing, with Maruti Car purchase being one of their main financing services. In 1995-96 the company’s Fixed Deposits were assigned with a Triple-BBB rating by CARE. Currently, the company plans to offer financing through public issue applications and intends to increase funding on shares purchased from the secondary market with the help of their sister company, Sugal Damani Share Stock Brokers. Moreover, in the current year, the company has also been granted a full-fledged money changer’s license, allowing them to further expand their services into the money changing business.
