About Aqylon Nexus Ltd

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network was initially started in 1985 by Gautam Adhikari and Markand Adhikari. It initially focused on television serial production, then shifted it's focus on producing television software for popular channels like Zee TV, EL TV and Doordarshan. This software can also be exported to countries like UK, USA and Africa. In April 2000, they launched their own free-to-air Hindi general entertainment channel SABe TV in alliance with Turner International India Private Ltd. This channel reaches 23 million cable and satellite households, and the company has ceded 2800 decoders in order to facilitate it's distribution. They have also acquired a 50% stake in MATV Channel 6 in the UK and slots on SunGemini and Udaya TV in South India, and finally launched SAB Tv in the UK on BskyB's DTH platform with a reach of 400,000 households. The company has 6,500 hours of content in library, with the expectation of 1,500 hours to be added in the current year.
