About Sigachi Industries Ltd

Sigachi Industries Limited, established in 1989 as Sigachi ChloroChemicals Private Limited, is a public limited company with multilocational facilities in Telangana & Gujarat. Their main focus is on manufacturing Micro-Crystalline Cellulose Powder (MCCP). They are industry leaders in the Pharma Excipients, Nutra and food sector. In 2017, Sigachi allotted 73000 equity shares in a premium private placement and incorporated their wholly-owned subsidiary, Sigachi USInc, with an investment of USD 20,000. In 2020, Sigachi allotted 4609500 bonus shares to existing shareholders in a 3:2 ratio, followed by a ₹125.43 crore IPO in November 2021. This issue comprised 7695000 fresh shares, allotted at ₹163 (premium of ₹153) per share, and was listed on the BSE Ltd and NSE (India) on 15 November 2021.
