About Share India Securities Ltd

Share India Securities Limited (SISL), incorporated in 1994 and merged into Share India Securities Limited in 2010, is a leading and reliable financial services provider with over 729 branches spread across 16 Indian states. It offers a range of financial services and products, such as equity broking and depository, research analysis, mutual fund advice and distribution, portfolio management, share and stock broking, commodity and currency derivatives, and other associated services. It is registered with SEBI as a Trading Member of the Cash and Currency Derivatives Segments of BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd, National Commodity Derivative Exchange of India, and Indian Commodity Exchange Limited. In 2000, the existing promoters took over control of the company and it has since acquired two software development companies, Utrade Solutions Private Limited and Algowire Trading Technologies Private Limited. It has also registered with SEBI as Stock Broker Trading and Clearing Member of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Furthermore, the company opened branches in New Delhi and Noida and registerd with SEBI as a Participant of the Central Depository Services India Ltd (CDSL). In 2018, the company acquired M/s Windpipe Finvest Private Limited and M/s Windpipe Finvest Private Limited and became its wholly owned subsidiary. In 2019 and 2020, the company acquired Total Securities IFSC Private Limited and Total Securities Overseas Limited, while Total Commodities India Private Limited, Share India Smile Foundation and Share India Global Pte. Ltd. became its wholly owned subsidiaries in 2021. In 2021 and 2022, Algowire Trading Technologies Private Limited and Utrade Solutions Private Limited also became subsidiaries of the company. Share India Securities Limited is a trusted and reliable provider of various financial services and products, with committed focus on delivering exceptional value to its customers through its nationwide network of branches.
