About Shanti Guru Industries Ltd

Shanti Guru Industries Ltd was originally incorporated in Chennai in 2010, under the name RCL Retail Private Limited, and it was changed to a public limited company in 2011. The company is engaged in retailing of edible items such as ready-to-eat snacks, bakery products, cookies, confectioneries, namkeens, chutneys, and mouth fresheners. It operates through two well-furnished retail stores in Chennai, and it has seen tremendous growth since its inauguration. In the year 2022 it disinvested from two partnership firms - ‘SHANTI SHREE MARKETING’ and ‘SANGHVI MEGA MART’ - and invested Rs 6.79 crores into 'JEYYAM GOBAL FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED' by acquiring 121912 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, giving it a 19.95% stake in the capital of JGFPL.
