About Scoobee Day Garments India Ltd

Victory Paper Boards India Ltd. was incorporated in 1994 to manufacture and market paper and paperboard. In 2009, the company faced a labour lockout and business operations came to a halt. In 2017-18, the present promoters took control of the company and have been exploring ways to restart operations. In the meantime, the company generated a turnover of Rs. 1068.22 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 284.13 lakhs in FY 2018-19 by trading mainly in Aluminium roofing sheets. The company has a plant with an installed capacity of 7500 TPA at Elappully in Palakkad, Kerala and a production ready textile plant at Karur in Tamil Nadu. The paid-up equity share capital as of 31st March 2019 stands at Rs. 13.50 Crores comprising 13500000 equity shares, each worth Rs. 10, fully paid-up.
