About Sashwat Technocrats Ltd

Sashwat Technocrats Ltd. was incorporated in 1975 as Bombay Polymers Limited. On 19th September 2008 the name of the company was changed to Zenzy Technocrats Limited and then to its current name, Sashwat Technocrats Limited, in 2013. The company is mainly focused on real estate and associated services. During the 2020-21 Fiscal year, the company sold and transferred its full stake in two wholly owned subsidiaries, Anjali Commodities Private Limited and Sahas Mercantile Private Limited, to Mrs. Achuki Devi Agarwal and M/S Suresh Agarwal & Sons HUF. The transaction was approved by the Members on 19th June 2021.
