About Sadbhav Infrastructure Projects Ltd

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited (SIPL) was established in January 2007 as an asset holding company to create and manage road infrastructure BOT (Build-operate-transfer) projects. Bringing a total of 23 projects worth Rs 219 billion to its portfolio, SIPL's success lies in its ability to manage the entire value chain and retain the margins of the various projects. SEL, SIPL's corporate promoter, has 30 years of successful completion in transport, mining, and irrigation sector since it was establsihed in 1988, and has been able to achieve an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 41262135 equity shares at a premium of Rs 93/ per share. SIPL has also announced the acquisition of 100 stake in Dhule Palesner Tollway Limited, along with the subsidiary companies Sadbhav Nainital Highway Private Limited, Sadbhav Rudrapur Highway Private Limited, Sadbhav Bhavnagar Highway Private Limited, and Sadbhav Una Highway Private Limited to carry out highway projects. In 2017 SIPL completed refinancing of Rs 2204 crores in 5 SPVs, and was successful in bidding 27 projects for approximately Rs 30151 crores. With four more subsidiary companies, Sadbhav's Hybrid Annuity Projects Limited, Sadbhav Bhimasar Bhuj Highway Private Limited, Sadbhav Kim Expressway Private Limited, and Sadbhav Vizag Port Road Private Limited, it aims to develop and manage infrastructure facilities.
