About Roni Households Ltd

Roni Households Limited was incorporated in October 2017 and is engaged in trading as well as manufacturing of plastic granules and plastic household products such as tub buckets, office furniture and ghamelas. As part of its expansion plan to manufacture plastic products for household use, the company has taken a land on lease MIDC Jalgaon for setting up a manufacturing unit. The company's trading sector operates in a B2B model on an agency basis and mainly uses PVC granuals as its main raw materials for the injection molding machine. The company went public in December 2018 and issued 1,500,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 20/- each, aggregating to Rs 30,00,00,000/-. With the listing of its equity shares on BSE SME stock exchange, Roni Households Limited is booming in the household plastic manufacturing and trading sector.
