About Retina Paints Ltd

Retina Paints Limited is a leading decorative paints manufacturer established in 2010 and headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It produces various types of waterbased paints which are used for both residential and commercial buildings. The Company also supplies tinting machines with colorant reservoirs and dispenser heads for dispensing paint into containers. It has a network of Distributors in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha for selling products. Retina Paints Limited merged with its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Unikon Paints Private Limited in 2019. The Company is now planning to issue 3700000 Equity Shares amounting to about Rs. 11 crores through an Initial Public Offer as a Fresh Issue.
