About Rama Steel Tubes Ltd

Rama Steel Tubes Limited (RSTL) was incorporated in February 1974 and is based in New Delhi. The company is engaged in manufacturing steel pipes and tubes and related products. It has 4 manufacturing facilities in India and a foreign subsidiary in Dubai. In FY 2015, 1244500 equity shares of Rs. 10 were issued as bonus shares which increased its paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 14934000. The board recommended a 4:1 stock split and bonus share issue in March 2016 and in FY 2016-17, 1100000 equity shares of Rs. 5 were issued as preferential basis to non-promoter category which increased the paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 80170000. In March 2017, 1500000 fully convertible warrants at Rs. 122 were issued to the promoter category. As of FY 2018-19, the issued subscribed and paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 83970000 divided into 16794000 Equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
