About Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd

Bhart Wire Ropes Limited is India's largest manufacturer of Wire Ropes, Stranded Wires, and Slings, with exports to over 30 countries including the USA, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, Kuwait, New Zealand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Nepal. It caters to a diverse mix of clients, ranging from Overseas Consumers, Private Players, Indian Defence Segment, and Government/Semi-Government Organizations. Moreover, the company has a Pyrolysis plant for production of oil which is used as fuel for their manufacturing process. The company has more than 500 large and medium size customers and is ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as has approved products from RDSO CORE DGMS PGCIL IRS etc. Bharat Wire Ropes issued 15,555,555 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, with a premium of Rs. 35/- to be publicly listed on NSE and BSE in 2016. The company's Chalisgaon Maharashtra factory has an installed capacity of 66000 MTPA which will be increased further. Moreover, Bharat Wire Ropes has signed a 5 year understanding with Bridon Bekaert Ropes Group Limited promising exchange of expertise and knowledge for quantum increase in their respective business.
