About Rajnish Retail Ltd

Sheetal Diamonds SDL is a diamond polishing and exporting company, established on the 21 Dec. 94 and founded by Vinod Shah Hasmukh Gor and Shailesh Patel. SDL comes with a public issue in Apr.95 with an evaluation of Rs 2 crore to finance their semi-automatic diamond polishing and exporting unit which has a total installed capacity of 2.25 lac carats of rough diamonds. SDL also intends to augment their working capital resources through this public issue. The company manufactures and polishes rough diamonds which are then transformed into cut and polished diamonds. With the financed resources, SDL has plans to open a jewellery showroom to market its jewellery products such as diamond studded gold, silver articles, etc.
