Raja Bahadurs Realty Limited, formerly known as Raja Bahadur Motilal Export Import Limited, is a leading real estate company in Pune. Established in 1926, the company has earned a reputation for its quality construction of high end projects. During FY19, Phase I consisting of three Wings A, B & C of the Company's prestigious Residential project Pittie Kourtyard was completed and possession was given to buyers. Construction of PhaseII consisting of Wing D of the same project has also commenced. In the same year, the company completed the RCC work of Phase II consisting of Wing D of Pittie Kourtyard.
