About Raaj Medisafe India Ltd

Raaj Medisafe India Ltd was incorporated in 1985 and is engaged in the manufacture of plastic bottles, caps, plugs, plastic liners, and aluminum caps. Pursuant to the order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal on 15 October 2020, the Company has recently allotted 5,897,612 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of the Transferor Company. The company has initiated the Corporate action to credit the allotted equity shares to the Demat Accounts of the respective shareholders, and applied to BSE for listing the new shares. BSE Ltd. has approved the application submitted by the Company.
