About Prospect Consumer Products Ltd

Propsect Commodities Limited was founded in 2022 and changed from a private to a public limited company in 2023. It was founded by Vimal Mishra, a professional with over 12 years of experience in logistics and international business. Initially, the company solely operated in the logistic business until 2014, when it started in the international trade of agro products such as mung, cashews and fruits and dry fruits such as walnuts. In 2021, they began operating a cashew processing plant with an initial capacity of 150 tonnes per annum. Later, in 2022, they transformed into a corporate entity, taking over their partnership firm, and increased their production capacity to 600 tonnes per annum. They are now in the business of trading and processing of cashew nuts and allied products, selling cashew products to the wholesalers in Gujarat in 10 KG tins. Prospect Commodities Limited are now looking to raise capital through the issuance of 7.48 crore Equity Shares to the public.
