About PG Foils Ltd

PG Foils is a joint sector company between the Prem group of industries and Rajasthan Industrial and Investment Corporation, that manufactures aluminium foil and related products. Its 5000MT facility at Rajasthan produces different qualities foils including tagger foil, pharma foils, laminated foils and blister foils. These products have applications in packaging, medical and pharmaceutical products as well as fireworks. PG Foils has exported to Bangladesh, Thailand and Nepal and is a key supplier to the Indian Railways and IDPL. It is the third-largest aluminium foil maker in the country. To reduce scrap generation, power consumption and increase production capacity, the company has embarked on a modernisation cum expansion project. As a result of this, the company issued its first public issue in December 1994 and its project commenced operations in 1996-1997.
