About Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd

Incorporated in 1991, Oriental Veneer Products Ltd is a Public Limited Company engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of Recron Seat, Bearth Boards and Compreg Boards, along with timber wood trading. On July 25th, 2014 Oriental Foundry Private Limited was registered as a wholly owned subsidiary. During 2018-2019, the company has bagged orders of Rs. 1523.10 million from Indian Railways, Rs 370.13 million from Titagarh Wagons Limited and Cimmco Limited and Rs 559.64 million from SAIL RITES for manufacturing and supply of wagons and boogies. The Indian Railways has a massive fleet of more than 2.51 lac wagons, 70241 coaches and 11112 locomotives and the Dedicated Freight Corridors are expected to double the freight volumes by FY 2020, raising the railways freight movement from 35% to 50%.
