Nexus Select Trust caters to India’s growth in consumerism with its properties serving as essential consumption infrastructure for India's ever-growing middle class. It offers an attractive opportunity to capitalize on India’s consumption growth through a robust business model and diversified asset base. It has been proactively curating a diverse mix of tenants including apparel and accessory stores, entertainment centres, food & beverage brands, hypermarkets and more, making its many centres a one stop destination for all shopping and entertainment experiences.
The Trust is proposing an Offer to issue Units for cash aggregating up to Rs 1600 crore through fresh issue to fund the operations of this trusted source of consumerism in India.

Blackstone-backed Nexus Select Trust is eyeing further acquisitions after buying three grade-A malls in Hyderabad for Rs 1,000 crore. Brokerages have increased their target price on the REIT following strong Q4 results, with an NOI of Rs 420 crore and a 13% YoY increase in quarterly consumption. Nuvama Institutional Equities expects it to generate an NOI CAGR of 8% over FY25-27E.

India's first listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Nexus Select Trust, has achieved its highest-ever occupancy of 97.6% in FY23-24 and plans to double its asset portfolio to 20 million sq ft with an acquisition-led growth strategy. The REIT has refinanced debt resulting in annual savings of Rs 4 crore and declared a distribution of Rs 7.08 per unit for the financial year 2023-24.
