Nexus Select Trust is a retail REIT Real Estate Investment Trust that owns and operates high-quality shopping malls and other retail properties in India. With a portfolio of 17 fully operational shopping malls, two hotels with 354 keys and office spaces, Nexus Select Trust is a market leader in India, with over 1000 national and international brands occupying more than 3000 stores and covering a dense 9.8 million square feet area. The trust is sponsored by Blackstone Real Estate Funds and has US$951 billion worth of assets under management as of September 30, 2022.

The Trust is proposing an Offer to issue Units for cash aggregating up to Rs 1600 crore through fresh issue to fund the operations of this trusted source of consumerism in India.
