About Umiya Buildcon Ltd

MROTEK Ltd is an Indian company that provides solutions and services for access to the internet. It's manufacturing facility is located in Bangalore and it has a strong presence in Asia, the Middle East, and SAARC countries. In October 2000, the company launched its IPO, issuing 2509000 fresh Equity Shares, which were used for setting up a corporate office. In 2002, the company was given the Best Global Partner Award for the Asia-Pacific region by RAD Communications. MROTEK then further strengthened its presence in 2005 by inaugurating a new international headquarters in Bangalore with an investment of 18 crores and an area of 60000 Sq.ft. The company has plans to acquire 49 percent of a company based in Kuala Lumpur for setting up a marketing and service outlet.
