Kore Digital Limited, originally incorporated as Kore Digital Private Limited in 2009 and later changed its name in 2022, is a passive telecommunication infrastructure provider based in Maharashtra specializes in installing and commissioning of Poles, Towers and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC Systems). The Company's primary focus is to provide high-end communication solutions to corporate and Telecom Network Operators, comprising of services such as project management for laying of ducts and optic fibre cables, construction and maintenance of transmission and telecom utilities, dark fibre leasing, optical fibre network construction, maintenance of ducts, OFC turnkey project services etc. In the last 2 years, the Company has commissioned more than 600 Pole based cell sites and developed its own network of 700 kms. It has successfully laid out fiber cable of 2,000 Kms for Telecom Network Operators, Broadband Service Operators and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Mumbai and neighboring suburbs such as Navi Mumbai, Thane, Bhivandi, Kalyan, Panvel and Pune. Apart from these, it has also developed a fibre network of 200 Kms supplying to customers such as Bharti Airtel Limited, Tata Teleservices and Vodafone Idea. Kore Digital Limited is now offering a Public Issue of 1 Million Equity Shares (aggregating to INR 18 Crore) through a Fresh Issue.
