In the 2019 financial year, its paid up share capital remained constant at 30,287,000 Indian rupees (Rs.30,287,000) equivalent to 30,287,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each. In 2019, MHI applied to list their equity capital on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Consequently, MHI was placed on the Dissemination Board of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and in-principle approval was received from BSE for its security listing.
