About Richa Industries Ltd

Richa Industries Ltd is a prominent textile producer and a new entrant into the PEB (pre-engineered buildings) sector. Established in 1993 in Faridabad, India, the company has two business segments - manufacture of textiles and pre-engineered buildings, with manufacturing units in Gurgaon and Faridabad. In 2002 they started operations in IMT Manesar and in 2006, their shares were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. In 2009, they entered the PEB segment, setting up a plant in Kashipur for the production of pre-fabricated steel sheets. In order to expand the existing productions for PEB, the company has decided to invest Rs 3053.69 lakhs to produce 1250-tons per month. Richa Industries Ltd is committed to delivering quality fabric and steel products to the marketplace.
